If you mention fitness within moments of meeting someone… if you’re just as comfortable chatting with members at the front desk as you are creating content behind your phone… if you love building community both in-person and online — then this may be the perfect role for you.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and people-oriented individual to join our team in a hybrid Sales Associate & Social Media Captain role. This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week at the front desk) with additional responsibilities supporting our studio’s social media and marketing efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness, enjoys connecting with people, and has a strong eye for engaging social content. You’ll play a key role in both the member experience inside the studio and how our brand comes to life online.
Are you:
  • Passionate, positive, and able to talk to anyone?
  • Creative and excited about social media content?
  • A team player who thrives in a high-energy environment?
  • Comfortable communicating both in-person and online?
  • Motivated by being part of a growing, world-class fitness brand?
If yes — keep reading.
We Offer:

  • Extensive Paid Training
  • Competitive base pay (plus commission & performance bonuses for Sales Associate duties)
  • Free Studio Membership
  • Product discounts
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Casual fitness dress code
  • Collaborative, high-energy work environment

  • Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
  • Following up with prospective members
  • Participating in marketing and outreach events
  • Ensuring the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming
Social Media Captain Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in running social media platforms for our San Luis Obispo studio, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and monthly newsletters
  • Creating and posting daily Instagram content and maintaining a consistent flow of stories
  • Creating Facebook events for studio happenings
  • Developing and sharing a quarterly marketing calendar with managers and studios
  • Preparing monthly newsletters to be sent out on the 1st of every month
