A Webflow Designer is a professional who uses the Webflow platform to design, build, and launch responsive websites without extensive coding. They leverage Webflow's visual development tools to create custom web layouts, animations, and interactions, making websites that are both visually appealing and functional. Webflow Designers often work closely with clients or teams to turn concepts into live, production-ready sites, streamlining the web development process. Many also have skills in user experience (UX), user interface (UI) design, and some knowledge of front-end development.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Webflow designer?

To thrive as a Webflow Designer, you need a solid understanding of web design principles, responsive layouts, and experience using the Webflow platform, typically supported by a portfolio of completed projects. Regular communication through meetings, feedback cycles, and shared documentation helps keep everyone aligned. You'll also be expected to provide clear handoffs and documentation for any custom code or integrations, ensuring a smooth workflow between design and development teams.

Job description

About Conversion
Conversion is the agentic marketing automation platform for modern enterprises such as Plaid, ClickHouse, Webflow, and Productboard. Our platform lets growth teams run their entire go-to-market motion in one place, from acquisition through retention, with AI agents doing the work that legacy tools like Marketo, HubSpot, and Pardot can't.
We've raised $28M+ from Abstract Ventures, True Ventures, and HOF Capital. The team is based in San Francisco and includes engineers, designers, and operators from Airbnb, Palantir, Pinterest, IMC, Shopify, LinkedIn, and Microsoft.
About the Role
We're hiring a Growth Marketer to help scale Conversion's go-to-market from the ground up.
You'll own and build out our demand generation motion: running experiments across channels, creating campaigns, and handling events with customers and leads. You'll be a key early GTM hire and will define our growth playbook, channel strategy, and campaign execution from day one.
This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute field events and executive dinners that create high-quality pipeline
  • Own paid acquisition across channels, running experiments to drive efficient growth
  • Launch and manage webinar programs that educate prospects and generate demand
  • Build and scale our SEO presence to capture high-intent organic traffic
  • Help shape growth collateral, tools, and systems as we scale

You Might Be a Good Fit If You
  • Have experience working at an early-stage startup
  • Experience hosting events and dinners for high-end executives and stakeholders
  • Enjoy posting LinkedIn content and writing blog posts to attract ICP
  • Are comfortable running campaigns end-to-end, from ideation through execution
  • Are excited to experiment across channels and build pipeline from scratch
  • Enjoy collaborating with sales, product, and design teams to drive results

Bonus Points If
  • You've worked at a high-growth startup and have seen what it looks like to scale a growth motion quickly
