They leverage Webflow's visual development tools to create custom web layouts, animations, and interactions, making websites that are both visually appealing and functional. Webflow Designers often work closely with clients or teams to turn concepts into live, production-ready sites, streamlining the web development process. Many also have skills in user experience (UX), user interface (UI) design, and some knowledge of front-end development.

Job description

Who You Are

You approach web development as more than page creation and site maintenance; you understand how a website functions as a core growth and engagement system that drives demand.

You bring a balance of technical discipline and marketing awareness, with the ability to work effectively within modern CMS and visual development environments. While you understand underlying web technologies, your strength lies in applying that knowledge to build, manage, and optimize within platforms like Webflow or WordPress, where speed, structure, and scalability matter.

You think critically about how pages perform, how users navigate the site, how data is captured, and how incremental improvements affect conversion, and you are comfortable owning both execution and optimization: building, testing, refining, and maintaining a site that is reliable, performant, and continuously improving.

Who We Are

Quantifind is the leader in AI-driven risk intelligence, helping financial institutions and government agencies detect and disrupt financial crime and national security threats. Our platform delivers accurate, scalable, and explainable intelligence across KYC, sanctions, payments, and investigations workflows.

As we scale, our website is a critical part of how we engage the market, communicate value, and generate demand.

What a Great Candidate Looks Like:

Experience

  • 4-7+ years of experience owning, building and optimizing modern websites
  • Strong experience with Webflow and/or WordPress development
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing or SaaS organizations
  • Proven experience managing a website as a business-critical channel

Technical Capabilities

  • Strong understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  •  Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals well enough to improve conversion, usability, navigation, readability, and engagement
  • Experience working within CMS and component-based systems
  • Experience implementing SEO and AEO (AI-driven search optimization) strategies
  • Experience with analytics, tracking, and performance monitoring tools
  • Experience integrating websites with CRM and marketing systems

Core Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously and make sound decisions
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
The Opportunity We Offer

As the Web Experience Manager, you will be responsible for:

Website Execution & Content Publishing

  • Build, update, and publish pages efficiently and to industry best practices (landing pages, product pages, resource hubs) using established templates and CMS structures
  • Maintain reusable components and structured content models to support scalable page creation
  • Ensure all pages are responsive, consistent, and aligned with brand and UX standards

Search & AI Discoverability (SEO / AEO)

  • Drive search performance as a core outcome, improving visibility, traffic quality, and conversion
  • Conduct keyword and prompt-based research across traditional and AI-driven search environments
  • Optimize site structure and content for discoverability across search engines and AI answer platforms
  • Implement structured data (schema) and semantic content frameworks to improve machine readability
  • Partner with marketing to guide the creation of high-performing, search-optimized content

Website Operations & Performance

  • Drive site performance, reliability, and uptime
  • Monitor and troubleshoot functionality, load speed, and Core Web Vitals
  • Maintain site health, including updates, backups, and overall system integrity
  • Identify and resolve errors, broken experiences, and performance issues proactively
  • Maintain website security and operational integrity in alignment with company security policies and SOC 2 compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal security, IT, and external vendors to support compliance-related website controls, audits, and remediation efforts
  • Maintain documented recovery and escalation procedures to ensure timely resolution of critical website issues
  • Ensure the website and supporting systems follow best practices for data protection, accessibility, and operational continuity

Conversion & User Experience

  • Evaluate and improve user journeys, navigation, and page structure
  • Identify friction points and implement improvements that drive engagement and conversion
  • Ensure fast load times and seamless experiences across devices
  • Maintain accessibility standards and continuously improve usability

Systems Integration & Data Integrity

  • Maintain integrations with Salesforce and marketing systems
  • Ensure accurate lead capture, routing, and attribution
  • Validate tracking and ensure reliable data flow across systems

Governance & CMS Management

  • Manage CMS structure, governance, and content frameworks
  • Establish best practices for page creation, templates, and scalability
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all site updates

Project Management & Prioritization

  • Manage the website backlog and prioritize work based on business impact
  • Define scope, timelines, and success metrics for initiatives
  • Lead major initiatives (e.g., structural updates, redesigns, migrations)
  • Balance competing requests and drive execution with minimal oversight

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for website-related initiatives
  • Partner with Marketing, Design, Product, and Sales to align the site with the company strategy
  • Translate business needs into clear web requirements and execution plans
  • Communicate recommendations, trade-offs, and progress effectively to stakeholders

A highlight of our benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Company Equity
  • Exceptional benefits package
  • Flexible Vacation & Paid Time Off
  • Employer-matched 401(k) plan
  • A fun environment where work-life balance is valued
