Job description

The Company:

Faraday Future is a California-based technology company focused on the design, engineering, and development of intelligent, connected electric vehicles and related artificial intelligence–enabled technologies.

Founded in 2014, the Company's mission is to disrupt the automotive and technology industries by creating user-centric, technology-first experiences. The Company, together with its controlled subsidiaries, operates across multiple technology-driven areas, including AI electric vehicles, robotics, and its crypto business (AIXC), all under its upgraded Global EAI Industry Bridge Strategy, marking the beginning of a new chapter in AI mobility and Web3 integration. The Company aims to leverage the latest technologies and world's best talent to realize exciting new possibilities across all of these lines. Faraday Future's automotive business exemplifies its vision for luxury, innovation, and performance, while its FX strategy aims to introduce mass production models equipped with state-of-the-art luxury technology derived from the FF brand, targeted towards a broader market with middle-to-low price range offerings. FF's Robotics business extends this vision into intelligent embodied AI, building a new generation of consumer and commercial robotics products that connect seamlessly with FF's broader AI mobility ecosystem. FF is committed to redefining mobility through AI innovation. Join us in shaping the future of intelligent transportation and technology by creating something new, something connected, and something with a true global impact.

Your Role:

The Sr. Director, Community Sales, Robotics owns the community-led commercial motion for FF's Robotics business – turning user community, member programs, referrals, and private-domain engagement into a durable, low-CAC revenue channel. Reporting to the UES Leader, this role architects how FF's most engaged Robotics users become its most powerful sales force.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Sales Strategy:
Define the strategy for community-led growth, including member program design, private-domain operations, referral, and ambassador models.
  • Member & Loyalty Program:
Own the Robotics member program – tiers, benefits, exclusives, and the linkage between membership and purchase behavior.
  • Private-Domain Operations:
Build and operate FF's private-domain channels (community app, WeChat ecosystem, Discord, Telegram, email/SMS communities) as commercial surfaces.
  • Referral & Ambassador Programs:
Design and scale referral, advocacy, and ambassador programs that convert satisfied users into a measurable acquisition channel.
  • Community Events & Drops:
Operate a calendar of community-only events, exclusive drops, beta programs, and behind-the-scenes access that drive engagement-to-purchase.
  • AIXC / Web3 Integration:
Where appropriate, integrate Web3 / AIXC mechanics (member tokens, on-chain credentials, exclusive utilities) into the Robotics community model.
  • Conversion Infrastructure:
Build the technology and data infrastructure to attribute community activity to revenue, including referral tracking, member-only checkout, and member CRM.
  • Cross-Channel Hand-Off:
Coordinate with FF Par, Direct, Ecommerce, Content, and User Operation so community signal translates cleanly into the right next-best action.
  • Voice of User:
Operate community as a structured listening channel that feeds Product, AI, and Service teams with real, repeatable user insight.
  • Team Leadership:
Build a community sales organization spanning community management, programs, ops, and analytics.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience:
10+ years in community, loyalty, or private-domain commercial leadership for consumer brands.
  • Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline.
  • Revenue Track Record:
Demonstrated ability to operate a community / member channel as a measurable revenue contributor.
  • Program Design:
Track record designing referral, ambassador, or loyalty programs that scaled.
  • Tooling:
Hands-on with community platforms, CRM, and private-domain operations tooling.
  • Leadership:
Experience leading community / loyalty teams of 10+.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating private-domain commerce across both US and Greater China ecosystems.
    • Familiarity with Web3 / token-based membership constructs.
    • Background in EV, premium consumer tech, or robotics user communities.
    • Bilingual (English / Mandarin) working capability.

Salary Range:

($150,000-$180,000 DOE) plus benefits and incentive plans

Perks + Benefits

  • Healthcare + dental + vision benefits (Free for you/discounted for family)
  • 401(k) options
  • Casual dress code + relaxed work environment
  • Culturally diverse, progressive atmosphere
