Job Description
Marketing Strategist for the Hair and Beauty Industry
• Develop, maintain and revise collateral materials for business unit/division based on strategic market planning.
• Manage business unit's/division's digital market presence including website and social media channels such as, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Blog, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Analyze and identify the information competitive intelligence on key competitors to understand their growth strategies and develop positioning strategy to differentiate LYLAS Hair. Analyze the levels of accomplishments within the industry. Research to determine best markets (services and geographies) that business should target and expand based on industry trends, economic trends, demographics, market potential etc.
• Leadership for firm marketing for ads, designs, web, social media etc...
• Strategy coordination, marketing material (flyers, brochures, conference material etc...)
• Develop social media case studies, develop social media ideas
• Strategy and coordination for positioning at events
Qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ; Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
• Familiarized with Social Network; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and to think critically/strategically
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
