Description:Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing and coordinating marketing efforts across internal teams and external agency partners. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a creative mindset, solid organizational skills, and a working knowledge of modern marketing strategiesโparticularly within B2B and industrial markets.
Key
ResponsibilitiesAgency & Campaign Management
โข Manage and coordinate relationships with external, industry-specific marketing agencies
โข Coordinate and oversee large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple partner firms
โข Review and approve editorial and marketing content produced by external teams
โข Plan and manage time-sensitive marketing campaigns from conception through execution
โข Connect external agency teams with internal subject-matter experts
โข Maintain consistent brand guidelines and quality standards across all teams and channels
โข Research and evaluate potential new agency partnerships
Digital Marketing & Web Presence
โข Oversee external website marketing efforts and collaborate with the web development team
โข Manage multi-phase website design and development projects
โข Coordinate SEO strategy review and refinement with external teams
Content & Creative Development
โข Assist with writing and reviewing short- and long-form content for social media and editorial publications
โข Develop new digital and physical marketing graphics and literature
โข Collaborate with internal and external teams to conceptualize and produce new marketing materials
โข Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets quality and accuracy standards
โข Maintain an ongoing pipeline of new and refreshed marketing materials
Vendor & Physical Materials Management
โข Coordinate the procurement of physical marketing materials from vendors
โข Build and maintain relationships with current vendors; identify and develop relationships with new vendors
โข Manage physical marketing material inventory
โข Coordinate with internal and external sales teams on shipment and tracking of physical materials
Trade Shows & Events
โข Oversee planning and execution of company participation in industry trade shows
โข Handle trade show booth space reservations and logistics
โข Coordinate material shipment to and from events
โข Develop marketing campaigns specific to individual trade show events
โข Collaborate with external agencies on event-surrounding marketing efforts
โข Assist with travel and lodging coordination for attending team members
โข Maintain, update, and continuously improve trade show materials
โข Manage company sponsorships of industry events
Strategy & Reporting
โข Stay current with emerging marketing strategies, tools, and industry trends
โข Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing strategies and campaigns
โข Review campaign performance and relevant KPIs; make data-informed adjustments
โข Exercise sound judgment to address underperforming marketing efforts
โข Generate marketing reports and present findings to company leadership
โข Support additional marketing-related tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:Required
โข 2โ3 years of applicable experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
โข Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
โข Ability to write, review, and edit short- and long-form content for professional marketing purposes
โข Creative mindset with the ability to generate new and unique ideas
โข Excellent leadership and team management skills
โข Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
โข Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
โข Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and departments
โข Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
โข Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities
โข Current knowledge of modern marketing methodologies, particularly for B2B sales models
โข Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred
โข Prior experience in a marketing role, preferably at a manufacturer or B2B company
โข Prior experience in team leadership or management
โข Formal marketing education from an accredited institution (degree, certification, or equivalent coursework)
โข Experience as a graphic designer or visual content creator in a corporate setting
โข Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite or comparable design software
โข Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or other digital marketing campaign platforms
โข Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), keyword strategy, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO / AI search)
โข Experience with industrial trade shows, including material management and event logistics
โข Proficiency with intermediate or professional-grade photography and videography equipment
