Job description

POSITION: Site Manager LOCATION: Fort Lee, VA SCOPE: Serves as a Site Manager on a major IT services contract for the U.S. Army RESPONSIBILITIES: · Site Manager will be responsible for management of the contract and ensure deliverable, and customer needs are met. · This position will have Full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.

· This contract supports CASCOM G6 for between 0700 to 1700, Monday through Friday and this position will ensure delivery of services is available during this time. · Experience in providing technical support to the Government with on-site human resources in the broad areas of network administration, system administration, client administration, web administration, software maintenance, hardware installation, software installation, diagnostics, resolution, correction of outages, planning, designing of network topologies, implementation, training, and logistics support. · Experience in overseeing a team in managing documentation for record-keeping purposes to include Continuity books detailing troubleshooting steps and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS: · Demonstrate successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field of study. · Five years’ experience in working and collaborating with customers relying on computers and IT support for Department of the Army (DA) civilians, contractors, and permanent party military personnel. · Five (5) years related experience for the Site Manager or must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the past 10, working as a Site Manager.
