• Experience supervising teams in operational, training, or government support environments.
• Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Marine Corps operational training environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and dynamic operational settings.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management tools.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior military service or direct experience supporting Marine Corps or Joint training exercises.
• Experience supporting simulation-based exercises, operational planning events, or military training programs.
• Familiarity with MAGTF operations, MEF exercises, or Marine Corps training processes.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed personnel and travel-intensive operations.
