Our projects range from major website design and development to minor projects and technical consulting. We successfully work with large corporations, small businesses, government, retail, services, non-profit to big budget, and everyone in between.

We are a dynamic, quickly-growing, energetic and genuinely fun group, looking for a Project Manager to join our team. General Accountabilities: Provide team leadership to lead web projects through planning, concept, and delivery Manage multiple, diverse web projects simultaneously Follow established data collection and management Instill project management discipline and focus across project teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high quality delivery Develop and refine team processes to maximize work effectiveness and delivery Define and manage project scope, time and resource estimates, schedule, milestones, and costs Build and maintain client relationships Effectively communicate expectations to clients and team members Build consensus among team members Deliver projects on time, within budget Report status of projects and escalate hot issues Participate in business strategy sessions and business development meetings Job Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience in leading the implementation of live websites, from inception to launch Experience in managing all web development life cycle tasks including: planning, strategy, business/functional requirements, UI design, creative design, QA, deployment, and training An understanding of Agile/SCRUM Methodology required Demonstrated understanding of project control methods required Ability to perform business analysis and facilitate capturing tough business requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven history of excellent customer relationships and ability to manage customer expectations Ability to work and think creatively in a fast-paced environment Ability to translate business requirements into tasks or stories for design/development teams and be able to communicate technical issues and ideas to non-technical teams Strong technical and/or design expertise strongly preferred Proven ability to create clear, detailed, concise documentation Proficient in MS Office 5-7+ years digital project management experience preferred Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in business, design, computer science or technology preferred PMP certification a plus
