Job description

Blennd is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager who can lead client relationships, drive execution across growth initiatives, and bring strong strategic thinking to the table. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing client accounts across full-funnel digital strategies and channels, including paid media, SEO/AEO, conversion optimization and GTM/outbound. In this role, you will work to understand our clients business, evaluate performance, identify what is working and what is not, and help build forward-thinking, full-funnel digital strategies for our clients. We are looking for someone who has strong experience in B2B marketing environments with longer sales cycles and understands how to market complex services, support nurture and retargeting efforts, and align marketing execution with real pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day leadership of digital marketing accounts, including client communication, meetings, priorities, timelines, and follow-up
  • Translate client goals into clear plans and coordinate execution across SEO, paid media, social, CRO, analytics, content, and related workstreams
  • Help shape account strategy by identifying what is working, what is underperforming, and where adjustments should be made
  • Partner with internal specialists to ensure recommendations align with business goals, buyer journey, and performance data
  • Guide clients through longer sales cycles, multi-touch nurture, retargeting, demand capture, and conversion strategy
  • Keep projects moving with urgency, accountability, and clear ownership
  • Contribute to strategic thinking around AI, AEO, and the changing search and discovery landscape
  • Deliver monthly reporting and analytics in concert with strategy optimizations based on metrics, with collaboration from team specialists
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing project management, growth strategy, digital project management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong experience with B2B companies, longer sales cycles, and marketing programs focused on pipeline, qualified opportunities, and revenue influence
  • Familiarity with multi-channel growth strategy, including SEO, paid search, LinkedIn, YouTube, paid social, retargeting, CRO, email nurture, analytics, and reporting
  • Ability to think strategically across the full funnel, from awareness through conversion and nurture
  • Strong client communication, presentation, organizational, and project leadership skills
  • Comfortable leading both clients and internal teams in a fast-moving agency environment
  • Actively uses AI tools and has a working understanding of AEO, AI search visibility, and how search behavior is evolving beyond traditional Google rankings
  • Bonus points for experience in complex B2B categories like healthcare, SaaS, technology, manufacturing, or professional services, plus tools like HubSpot, GA4, and Looker Studio
