Job Title - Project Manager

Job Type- Full Time

Location - Denver, CO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) for .NET projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, Architects, and Clients.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track project metrics, resource utilization, and team performance.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Handle change requests, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand .NET architecture and project dependencies.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years managing .NET application development projects.
