  • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Leadership teams to achieve production goals.
  • Promote a safe, positive and team-oriented work environment.
  • Other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with leadership, takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • 2 to 5 years of web press or commercial printing experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot printing equipment.
  • Experience operating and maintaining web printing presses.
  • Ability to read job tickets, production schedules and printing specifications.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring or directing team members is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills with the ability to learn new software and production systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to prioritize work, solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on safety, efficiency and quality.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment.

Additional Requirements:
