FLSA Status:ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย  ย Full-Time Exemptย

About the Roleย

SpeedVegas is seeking an experienced, hands-on Website & Digital Platform Manager to join our Las Vegas team. This is an immediate-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented operator who enjoys getting work across the finish line.

You will manage the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of SpeedVegasโ€™ multi-brand websites and online booking experience. Working closely with the CEO, COO, CTO, marketing and communications teams, designers, developers, and external partners, you will create and update pages, publish content and promotions, maintain website accuracy, and help ensure every customer-facing page is polished, current, and effective.

It is a highly hands-on website execution role: you will work directly in the CMS, create pages and landing pages, prepare web assets, write and prioritize development tickets, coordinate creative and technical work, lead UAT, verify releases, and resolve issues. Engineering remains under the CTO; this role helps the CTO and development partners complete and improve the websites without directly managing the engineering team.

You will also have the exciting opportunity to explore and implement AI-powered tools to streamline automation, improve analytics, and elevate user experience.ย

Key Responsibilitiesย

Responsibilities
  • Directly publish and maintain website content in the CMS, including pages, landing pages, promotions, pricing, packages, seasonal offers, redirects, and digital assetsโ€”without relying on developers for routine updates.
  • Create and prepare high-quality web design assets using Adobe Photoshop or comparable tools, including landing-page visuals, promotional graphics, and web-ready content that is on-brand, visually compelling, and optimized for fast page-load performance.
  • Own day-to-day website operations, including content accuracy, uptime and performance monitoring, release coordination, site health, and follow-through on improvements.
  • Own the bug and enhancement intake process: write clear, well-scoped tickets; prioritize the backlog; coordinate work with developers; track progress; and verify fixes through production release.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), QA, release planning, and production deployments; document issues, identify risks early, and remove roadblocks.
  • Coordinate developers, UX/UI and graphic designers, digital agencies, consultants, and internal stakeholders through planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to plan, create, approve, and deploy web content, campaigns, landing pages, promotional assets, and brand-consistent customer communications.
  • Support the CTO and development partners by gathering website requirements, keeping priorities visible, coordinating final development work, and validating that completed website functionality works as intended.
  • Manage the e-commerce and booking experience end to endโ€”offer setup, pricing, promotions, checkout flows, payment experience, and post-purchase journeysโ€”while identifying opportunities to improve conversion and online revenue.
  • Use website analytics and feedback from marketing, operations, and customer service to identify content gaps, usability issues, and high-impact opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Provide clear, regular updates to leadership on website-launch progress, project status, priorities, risks, decisions, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Benefits

  • 3 Different Medical Plan Options
  • Dental/Vision
  • Life and Long-Term Disability
  • Accident and Critical Illness Plans
  • Pet Insurance
  • Identity Theft
  • 401k
  • Excellent PTO

Las Vegas Motorsports Park, LLC dba SpeedVegas and its subsidiaries provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.ย

Technical Proficiencies
  • Hands-on CMS administration and publishing experience (required), including page creation and updates, content publishing, pricing and promotion changes, redirects, and digital-asset management.
  • Strong web-design and asset-production skills using Adobe Photoshop or comparable tools for landing pages, promotional graphics, and web-ready content.
  • Knowledge of web asset optimization, including appropriate use of WebP, SVG, PNG, and JPEG formats; image compression; resizing; and accessibility-minded alt text to balance visual quality, performance, and page-load speed.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for page editing, template adjustments, and troubleshooting minor front-end display issues; coding is helpful but not required.
  • Experience working with project and ticket-management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello to coordinate developer and designer workflows, plus practical knowledge of e-commerce, online booking, checkout flows, promotions, and conversion optimization.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics and tracking, including Google Analytics and paid-media platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI, on-page SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), mobile-friendly design, and CRO best practices.
  • Ability to use website-performance data and customer feedback to guide content, design, usability, and conversion improvements.
  • Comfort working alongside developers and technology partners to coordinate website and booking functionality; deep programming or infrastructure expertise is not required.
  • A strong eye for brand consistency, visual detail, usability, and polished customer-facing experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, digital media, design, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing business websites, CMS content, e-commerce, online booking, web design, or customer-facing web experiences.
  • Demonstrated success completing website launches, rebuilds, or major content and design updates while working with marketing, designers, developers, agencies, or other partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on details, and deliver work on schedule.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, good communication skills, and practical familiarity with website QA, UAT, and coordinating releases.
