This person helps keep the site running smoothly, ensures product is live and accurate, supports promotional setup, and assists in coordinating with our digital agency on day-to-day execution. This role reports directly to the Head of Ecommerce and works as a close extension of that role.
This is a role for someone who knows Shopify inside and out, thrives in the details, and takes pride in making sure things are done right. You will support almost every corner of the ecommerce business, from email to site performance to post-purchase operations, and you will be a reliable, proactive partner to the team. If you get satisfaction from a clean backend, a flawless product launch, and a site that just works, this role was built for you.

  • Support the setup and management of promotions, discount codes, and pricing updates in Shopify, ensuring accurate execution aligned with the marketing and merchandising calendar
  • Help evaluate and recommend Shopify apps and third-party tool integrations, bringing forward informed suggestions on new tools that could improve site performance or operational efficiency
  • QA all site updates, product launches, and promotional changes before they go live to catch errors and ensure everything is working as intended
  • Support on-site content management including banners, homepage updates, and seasonal creative swaps in coordination with the creative and marketing teams
Digital Agency Support
  • Assist in day-to-day coordination with our digital agency, helping manage communication, project briefs, and timelines
  • Help translate internal business needs into clear briefs for the development team, ensuring they have the context and specifications required to execute
  • Track the status of open development projects, flag blockers early, and keep the team informed on progress
  • Assist with QA and testing on development work, providing structured feedback and flagging issues before sign-offs
Email Marketing Support
  • Support email marketing execution in Klaviyo, assisting with campaign setup, send scheduling, segmentation, and deployment
  • Help analyze email performance data and support optimization of sends, segmentation strategy, and audience targeting in close partnership with the team
  • Ensure email campaigns are properly coordinated with on-site promotions, product launches, and landing pages for a seamless customer experience
Site Performance, SEO, and CRO Support
  • Monitor the site regularly and flag bugs, broken experiences, and performance issues to the development team for resolution
  • Support SEO operational tasks including meta titles, descriptions, URL structures, and schema updates within Shopify
  • Monitor site speed and Core Web Vitals, flagging issues to the agency and tracking resolution
  • Support paid media campaign execution by helping ensure landing pages, UTM tracking, and on-site setup are correctly implemented and aligned with campaign needs
  • Assist with A/B testing coordination, ensuring tests are set up correctly and results are tracked and reported back to the team
Post-Purchase Operations and Customer Service Support
  • Act as a liaison between operations, customer service, and the ecommerce team on post-purchase topics including returns, exchanges, and order management
  • Help identify friction points in the post-purchase flow and support initiatives to improve the customer experience after checkout
  • Work with the warehouse and ops teams to help ensure ecommerce-specific operational processes are running smoothly
  • Help triage site-related issues raised by customer service and ensure they are escalated and resolved in a timely manner
Loyalty Program Support
  • Support the operational management of the loyalty and rewards program within Shopify, assisting with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Data and Reporting
  • Pull and maintain regular performance reports using Google Analytics and Shopify, tracking traffic, conversion, sales trends, and site health
  • Support the team with data analysis and insights that inform site strategy and decision making
  • Monitor key ecommerce metrics and flag anomalies or opportunities proactively
  • Use project management tools to help track workstreams, priorities, and deadlines across the team
Marketplace Management
  • Have an understanding of Amazon listing setup, content optimization, inventory sync, order management, and troubleshooting account health issues
  • TikTok Shop operations, including catalog sync, product listings, and coordination with marketing on live-shopping and affiliate initiatives
  • Maintain accurate product and inventory feeds across all marketplace channels, ensuring pricing, availability, and content stay consistent with the Shopify source of truth
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics (conversion, buy box/win rate, account health, reviews) and flag issues or opportunities to the team
  • Coordinate with marketing and merchandising to ensure marketplace promotions, pricing, and product launches stay aligned with the broader ecommerce calendar
