High Level: 


8-10 years minimum of Development lead experience 

2+ years of Scrum Master Experience 

2 + years of release and deployment experience 

Needs Ecommerce / web content Experience (CMs, SEO, Analytics, UX/Visual Design, Web Page Structure) 

No PM's (Strictly) 

Prefer a development lead with SCRUM MASTER Experience 

Longevity in projects 


Details: 


Dev, Dev Lead, Tech Project Management and real agile development and project experience is needed 

Web development and test experience 

Familiarity with SEO, Analytivcs, UX/ Visual Design, web page structure.
