BewellConnect is the US subsidiary of Visiomed Group (www.visiomed-lab.com) based out of Paris, France. In this role you'll have the opportunity to help build the US branch and work together with the web and marketing team in Paris.
Job Description
BewellConnect Corp is looking for a WordPress rock star to join our team and oversee web initiatives for the US market. The Web Manager will own all aspects of the website and reporting and be able to take on additional projects and responsibilities within the company to grow additional skillsets. The web manager will report to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities include:
  • Maintain our WordPress website and blogs, building pages and widgets, providing website maintenance and enhancements, and ensuring uptime
  • Ensure pages are consistent and responsive across all browsers and platforms
  • Maintain pixel-perfect graphic standards throughout the website interface
  • Install and manage plugins and widgets as needed, including WooCommerce, to create the best possible e-commerce experience
  • Ensure e-commerce site is functioning properly
  • Provide support to staff with inventory, orders and transactions
  • Provided recommendations on best UX/UI for both B2B and B2C audiences and create clean experiences across desktop, mobile, and tablet
  • Lead efforts for SEO and multivariate testing, and optimizing website
  • Fix bugs and issues as they arise, owning the entire web experience.
  • Support on additional responsibilities outside the website as needed
  • Work cross-functionally with the web team in Paris, acting as a communication link to the US and French team on the website

Qualifications
Skills and experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years hands on web application experience with WordPress and familiarity with PHP
  • Good coding skills in HTML and CSS
  • Have a good sense of design with experience creating visually appealing and easy to use webpages
  • Ability to work with colleagues remotely as needed
  • Embrace troubleshooting and ability to adjust to changing requirements in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Passion for delivering a web presence that meets quality, product and project requirements
  • Portfolio of past web experience required
  • Fluent in English

Additional skills preferred but not required:
  • Experience with Adobe Creative products
  • Knowledge of Javascript a plus
  • Experience managing an ecommerce site, through WooCommerce
  • Experience in healthcare
  • Familiarity with CRMs and email marketing
