SUMMARY

We are looking for a curious, motivatedย Mediaย Internย to join ourย Columbus, OHย team part-time, working 20-24 hours per week. This paid internshipย ($18/hour)ย offers hands-on exposure to the full media planning and buying process across both traditional and digital channels.

This is a hybrid work from home/office position (in-office attendance isย requiredย on Tuesdays & Thursdays) and the candidate must live nearย Columbus, OH.ย 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the Media Planning team in day-to-day campaign management across key accounts
  • Begin building proficiency with the planning tools our team relies on every day, including eMarketer, MRI-Simmons, Global Web Index and Media Radar
  • Assist in the development and execution of media plans across traditional and digital channels, and start to understand how each channel plays a role in reaching an audience
  • Help maintain accuracy in media plans, budgets, flowcharts, and tracking documents
  • Support digital campaign pacing, trafficking, and reporting in partnership with data and ad ops teams
  • Assist with day-to-day vendor communications and document meeting action items
  • Stay curious about the media landscape, emerging platforms, industry news ad shifts in consumer behavior

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Current enrollment in higher education (college, university, or vocational/technical program), prior completion of one, or equivalent hands-on experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome career changers as well!
  • A genuine curiosity about media planning, buying, and the broader advertising landscape
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A willingness to ask good questions and show up eager to learn
  • Comfort working with numbers and budgets
  • Proficiency (or eagerness to learn) in Excel and PowerPoint
  • A positive, proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
