Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm
Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist develops, executes, and optimizes data-driven online marketing campaigns across the healthcare system's digital channels, with primary ownership of the system's flagship website properties. This role is responsible for both the day-to-day operations and the long-term strategic evolution of the website to improve patient experience, provider discoverability, and online scheduling. The Specialist will blend web management expertise, CRM workflow design, and strategic vision with a strict understanding of healthcare compliance, data privacy, and patient empathy.
Other information:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
2. 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on web operations, content management, email marketing, and digital project execution is required.
3. Direct experience managing web environments using Optimizely (formerly Episerver) for content management, experimentation, or personalization is highly preferred.
4. Deep understanding of HIPAA guidelines and patient privacy regulations, particularly regarding web tracking pixels, patient forms, and third-party healthcare analytics.
5. Proficient with HTML/CSS basics, UX/UI best practices, and enterprise CMS environments. Proven success using tools like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
6. Preferred Web Systems: Optimizely CMS, Optimizely Data Platform (ODP), or Optimizely Web Experimentation.
7. Preferred Data Visualization & Analytics: Tableau, Google Analytics (with healthcare-compliant configurations), and Google Search Console.
8. Preferred Patient Experience & Directory Platforms: Experience with Loyal Health, Kyruus, Yext, or similar healthcare-specific directory and chat tools.
9. Preferred CRM Tools: Salesforce Health Cloud, HubSpot, or specialized healthcare CRM software.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
