Overview
Associate Director, Digital Product Management - AI Products & Platform Engineering
Digitas is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Director, Digital Product Management - AI Products & Platform Engineering to help shape and advance our bespoke generative AI platform. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-powered solutions for our agency and clients. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to implement features, manage daily operations, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our AI tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks.

  • Identify and recommend new features, functionalities, partnerships, and integrations that align with platform goals and client needs.

  • Stay current with generative AI, MarTech, and related technologies to inform best practices and recommend improvements.

  • Apply Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies, gathering and defining business requirements and user stories, and writing acceptance criteria using Gherkin-style formats.

  • Collaborate with the QA team to develop comprehensive and effective test cases.

  • Oversee day-to-day management of agile development teams, including supporting stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

  • Guide the implementation of development best practices, coding standards, and agile processes to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Partner with Product Managers to support the execution of the product roadmap and delivery of new features on our proprietary generative AI platform.

  • Provide hands-on technical oversight, troubleshooting, and problem-solving as new features and enhancements are developed.

  • Monitor platform performance, gather user feedback, and support ongoing enhancements.

  • Support integration of new tools, APIs, and vendor solutions, collaborating with architects and infrastructure teams as needed.

  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Identify and help resolve blockers to keep development teams on track and projects moving forward.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, machine learning, or related technologies.

  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms, tools, and the digital marketing or advertising technology landscape.

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans and deliver results.

  • Experience with modern web development and/or software development processes and standards.

  • Familiarity with web/application APIs.

  • Experience supporting product or platform development, with exposure to agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and support technical delivery across multiple projects.

Preferred:
  • Experience in a professional services, agency, or consulting environment.

  • Experience presenting technical concepts to clients or stakeholders.

  • Experience using no/low-code platforms to create multi-step agents/workflows.
