While your primary focus will be on managing projects, mentoring team members, and coordinating with stakeholders, many organizations expect you to stay technically involved—such as guiding architectural decisions or reviewing code. The balance can vary depending on the company's size and structure, but effective Web Developer Managers allocate time for both strategic leadership and hands-on technical tasks to maintain credibility and ensure project success.
