Job Title: Website/Digital Coordinator
Department: Marketing / IT / Communications
Reports To: VP of Marketing
Position Summary:
The Website Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing the organization's website to ensure a seamless user experience. This role involves content management, basic technical troubleshooting, SEO implementation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the development, building and execution of all e-mail and SMS marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update website content (text, images, videos, blogs)
  • Ensure website functionality, performance, and responsiveness
  • Monitor site analytics and generate performance reports
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and rankings
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing teams
  • Perform regular site audits to identify issues and improvements
  • Maintain website security and ensure software/plugins are updated
  • Optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rates
  • Develop, build and lead email campaigns, SMS and digital marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field
