B. Stakeholder Engagement & Student Outreach
- Automated Communications: Build and manage Slate drip campaigns, designing and scheduling emails tailored to specific stakeholder groups (~1 hr/week).
- Student Tracking & Follow-Up: Monitor student completion trackers and issue regular task reminders via official email or phone channels (~30 mins/week).
- Cohort Updates: Curate and design bi-monthly "GPS Level" newsletters and web updates featuring relevant resources for Middle School, High School, and College/Career cohorts.
C. Operations & Event Logistics
- Event Planning Support: Research potential venues, solicit catering menus, and secure non-profit rate discounts for programmatic events.
- Data & Administrative Support: Compile regional school and college academic calendars, manage data entry projects, and process periodic expense reports.
- On-Site Execution: Assist with event logistics, including guest check-in, materials setup (name tags, agendas), and event photography.
