About the Role: We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing OpenEye's social media presence, supporting content creation across multiple channels, and keeping the content team's projects organized and on track. You'll work closely with the Senior Designer, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, on-brand delivery across all touchpoints. This is an onsite position in our Liberty Lake, WA headquarters.

What You'll Do:

· Manage, slot, and sequence the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent, on-brand delivery across platforms and alignment with editorial planning and paid advertising efforts as part of an integrated omnichannel approach.

· Write and publish copy across social media platforms and other marketing channels, ensuring all content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with OpenEye's voice and messaging standards.

· Support the Senior Designer by producing content using pre-built templates and sourced imagery, maintaining brand consistency across campaigns and deliverables.

· Use Jira or equivalent project management tools to track content team tasks, manage timelines, and maintain clear task ownership and cross-functional visibility.

· Monitor social media performance and engagement analytics, using insights to recommend optimizations, test new approaches, and improve overall content effectiveness.

· Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats, proactively bringing fresh ideas to the team.

You Are:

· 2+ years of social media management and content creation experience.

· Skilled in managing and executing social media content calendars across multiple platforms with a track record of consistent, timely delivery.

· Strong copywriter with an understanding of how to tailor voice and tone across platforms and audiences.

· Comfortable working with pre-built design templates (Adobe, or similar) to produce on-brand visual content.

· Proven experience using Jira or other project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) to manage tasks and coordinate workflows.

· Familiar with social media analytics and comfortable using data to inform content decisions and optimizations.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Collaborative team player who can take direction while also bringing proactive, creative ideas to the table.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus.
