Go beyond traditional PM boundaries by using AI-assisted development tools to contribute directly to the code stack, internal tools, prototypes, or test assets-thriving in a hands-on, implementation-focused environment.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Enablement: Communicate and support alignment on product direction and priorities across teams. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Support to build excitement, create training materials, and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Product Lifecycle Optimization: Assist in tracking product adoption, usage metrics, and customer feedback to support future prioritization decisions. Partner with Customer Support and Operations to triage and resolve issues, ensuring an outstanding end-to-end customer experience.

About You

  • Extreme Ownership: You take complete accountability for moving work forward, proactively stepping in to resolve challenges and keep the product on track.
  • Continuous Learner: You possess a growth mindset and are eager to build deep expertise in our product, the market, and your own technical and AI fluency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: You possess exceptional communication skills and excel at bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and excited about the product vision.
  • Hands-on Problem Solver: You love getting close to the implementation and enjoy bridging the gap between strategy and technical execution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • 1-2 years of professional experience (product, engineering, project management, technical operations, or related roles)
  • Demonstrated comfort learning and using AI tools to solve problems, improve workflows, and accelerate execution
  • Interest in contributing directly to technical work, including prototypes, scripts, internal tools, or code-assisted implementation
  • Strong interest in working at the intersection of software, IoT systems, and AI-enabled development
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, operate in ambiguous environments, and learn quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, large language models, or workflow automation tools
  • Exposure to software development, scripting, prototyping, or technical troubleshooting
