Job description

Position Goal: Collaborates with the Marketing Team to develop and execute effective digital marketing and advertising strategies that enhance visibility, strengthen brand reputation, and support organizational growth for Springhill Medical Center. Responsible for the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's website and digital presence.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
  • We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Technology, or related field required.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., UX/UI design, SEO, digital marketing platforms) preferred.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing and maintaining websites, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in design and publishing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AI)
  • Experience with website content management systems (e.g., Drupal or similar CMS platforms)
  • Understanding of SEO best practices, website analytics, and digital marketing tools

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, update, and maintain the Springhill Medical Center website to ensure security, accuracy, usability, and visual consistency
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensure website content is current, compliant, and aligned with organizational messaging
  • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and user behavior
  • Support branding initiatives through design and digital content creation
  • Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and departmental initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting strict timelines and quality standards
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance with all digital/online activities
  • Perform additional marketing-related duties as assigned

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to effectively utilize appropriate computer systems, design software, and general office equipment to perform job duties

PHYSICAL / WORK DEMANDS:
  • Ability to work extended periods at a computer
  • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
