Title: Associate/Junior Software Engineer
Job Type- Direct Hire- 100% onsite
Location- Westlake, OH
Salary- $75K-$85K + annual bonus

Job purpose
We are looking for a strong, take charge individual to use their knowledge of programming languages to code websites and web applications for an exciting entrepreneurial company. The Web Developer will fill a crucial role within the organization their duties include communicating with clients to determine their needs and design preferences, creating code for the front and back-end of a website and running tests to ensure that they used the correct code strings.
Duties and responsibilities
  1. Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
  2. Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
  3. Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
  4. Provide continued support for one or more web properties in our production environment.
  5. Working with clients to develop the overall look and design of a website.
  6. Routinely testing websites for ease of use, speed and other quality factors.
  7. Document code, so other developers can understand and contribute to it.
  8. Aptitude for reviewing existing code and providing enhancements to our software systems.
Qualifications
  1. Undergraduate degree Web development or related field, or relevant experience.
  2. Strong C# .NET and object-oriented programming background
  3. Experience with custom integrations including SDKs, SOAP and REST web services, JSON.
  4. Experience developing .NET and .NET Core console applications, and web services.
  5. Modern JavaScript/HTML/CSS web application development using libraries like Angular, React, etc. including responsive design/mobile first concepts
  6. Basic knowledge of SQL Server (2019 or higher) including the ability to write queries utilizing joins, aggregations, ETL, and query plans.
  7. Ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and be able to communicate effectively with various teams.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, and issue resolution.
  9. An ability to work independently and as part of a team in solving business problems.
  10. Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
Preferred Skills
  1. Handson experience with hightransactionvolume database systems, including performance tuning and operational stability at scale, is strongly preferred over healthcarespecific domain experience.
  2. Experience with job scheduling tools such as ActiveBatch.
  3. Experience with Blazor
  4. Experience with source code version control systems (specifically Azure Devops).
