To thrive as a Web Developer and Designer, you need proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design principles, and a solid understanding of UX/UI concepts, often supported by a relevant degree or certification. Familiarity with content management systems (such as WordPress), version control (like Git), and design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma) is typically required. How much do web designers get paid?

Web designers' salaries vary based on experience, location, and skill level, but the median annual pay in many regions ranges from $50,000 to $75,000.
