This role is a strategic owner for Tanium.com as a product surface: someone who can translate business goals into a cohesive site experience, create a clear roadmap, and drive a high-quality operating rhythm with crossโ€‘functional partners.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Website Strategy + Roadmap
    • Define and own the website vision, roadmap, and prioritization framework aligned to company and goโ€‘toโ€‘market goals.

    • Identify the highestโ€‘impact opportunities to improve navigation, messaging clarity, CTAs, and conversion paths.
  • Crossโ€‘Functional Execution
    • Partner closely with UX/design, web developers, and engineering leadership to deliver improvements and releases.
    • Coordinate with content stakeholders to ensure pages and journeys are accurate, onโ€‘brand, and effective (this role is not expected to be the primary netโ€‘new writer).
    • Establish an operating cadence for intake โ€“ planning โ€“ build โ€“ QA โ€“ approvals โ€“ release โ€“ measurement.
  • Experience Optimization + Quality Bar
    • Be meticulous about UX, brand consistency, accessibility, and performance across the site.
    • Drive continuous optimization through structured testing (e.g., A/B tests), experimentation, and iterative improvements.
    • Maintain site/platform stewardship in partnership with engineering: reliability, maintainability, performance, and scalable patterns.
  • Measurement + Insights
    • Own web analytics instrumentation, dashboards, and reporting (whatโ€™s working, what isnโ€™t, and what weโ€™ll do next).
    • Define and track success metrics for top journeys and landing pages; use insights to inform roadmap decisions.
    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure conversion definitions and KPIs are clear, consistent, and actionable.
Qualifications
  • Experience owning a website roadmap and driving crossโ€‘functional delivery (design + development + content partners).
  • Strong instincts for UX, brand consistency, and highโ€‘quality execution; able to set and enforce a quality bar.
  • Deep comfort with web analytics and using data to prioritize, diagnose issues, and drive improvements.
  • Brings sound judgment and a thoughtful point of view โ€“ comfortable asking hard questions, surfacing tradeโ€‘offs, and helping teams align on the best path forward.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with common web tooling (CMS, analytics, performance monitoring).
  • Ability to refine and improve existing content and page structure (without being the primary writer).
  • Strong engineering partnership instincts and technical curiosity (able to translate between business goals and technical constraints).
