Job description

About Ramp

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

About the Role

Ramp is in a critical phase of growth and this role is responsible for creating a delightful web experience that maximizes the number of leads we generate through our website. You’ll work directly with our engineering, data and design teams to develop a deep understanding of what resonates with our audience and build a unique, differentiated web experience that compels site visitors to become Ramp customers.

This is a role for someone who builds things before they're asked to. You're the kind of person who has already stitched together AI tools to solve a problem, whether that's automating a reporting workflow, generating and testing landing page variants, or chaining together Claude, a no-code platform, and a spreadsheet to get something done that "wasn't your job." You don't wait for a perfect tool or a bigger team; you recognize the most valuable opportunity for Ramp and use your scrappiness to get there fast.

What You'll Do
  • Drive net new leads for Ramp, with an emphasis on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on our website and Top-of-Funnel demand generation campaigns.

  • Own the feedback loop of testing new copy, imagery, layouts, and engagement mechanisms on our website, analyzing the results, and sharing learnings with our broader Growth & Marketing teams.

  • Leverage web analytics tools to monitor website performance and uncover trends and opportunities.

  • Find and build AI-powered workflows like finding experimentation opportunities, reporting on metrics to the broader growth team, and any other ways to make the Web/growth teams operate more effectively and efficiently.

  • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, user engagement, user traffic patterns, and sales lead generation.

  • Work across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations to execute against Ramp’s growth goals

What You Need
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in growth, product management, product marketing or adjacent field

  • Demonstrated ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy

  • Proficiency with data analytics with an ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data

  • High level of resourcefulness and a track record of being a fast learner

  • Communication skills to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to accelerate and improve your work – we’ll ask about what you’ve built

Nice-to-Haves

  • SQL proficiency

  • Experience owning a pipeline, revenue, or metric goal

  • Experience with no-code / low-code tools (eg Zapier, Webflow, Retool)

Benefits available to all full-time Ramp employees (Global)

• Flexible PTO

• Unlimited AI token usage

• Centralized home-office equipment ordering

• Health and wellness stipend

• Budget for intra-office travel

• Weekly coffee stipend

United States

• 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents

• One Medical annual membership

• 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp

• Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)

• Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay

• Pet insurance

• In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more

• Relocation support to NYC or SF (as needed)

Canada

• Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life

• Life, AD&D, and disability coverage

• Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)

• Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)

• Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay

• Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health

United Kingdom

• Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite

• Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi

• Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option

• Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay
