KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDefine KPIs, reporting methods, and dashboard functionality to monitor NatureMade.com performance and connect results to broader brand and business objectives.Translate DTC performance data into clear, compelling stories that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should be taken.Develop regular executive-ready readouts that highlight key insights, business drivers, risks, and growth opportunities in a concise and strategic way.Build, update, and manage Looker dashboards that enable faster business understanding, stronger decision-making, and alignment to brand strategy.Strengthen A/B testing reporting in Looker and partner with the NatureMade.com team to evaluate site optimization impact and identify scalable learnings.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEThe ideal candidate for this role will be intellectually curious and an excellent communicator.
