We're looking for a Production Scheduler to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in balancing customer demand, inventory, raw materials, and production capacity across our operations.
This is more than a scheduling position. As a Production Scheduler, you'll serve as a critical link between Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Distribution, helping ensure we deliver the right products to our customers at the right time while maximizing manufacturing efficiency.

How You'll Make an Impact- Create and manage production schedules that balance customer demand, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity.
- Partner with Operations, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales teams to align production plans with business priorities.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling challenges before they impact production or customer service.
- Analyze production performance, inventory levels, and demand trends to support informed decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Provide visibility and communication to key stakeholders regarding production plans, risks, and opportunities.

What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Experience in production scheduling, production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (AS400 experience a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience in production planning or manufacturing scheduling
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and scheduling best practices
- Familiarity with ERP systems or other production planning software
