Job description
* Conduct weapons systems analysis to assess capabilities, vulnerabilities, and performance of current and emerging systems. * Perform Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to integrate weapons systems data with other intelligence sources (e.g., GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT). * Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution. * Support ISR Target Development by providing detailed analysis of weapons systems and their operational impact. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mission planners, operators, and intelligence analysts, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery. * Identify intelligence gaps related to weapons systems and recommend collection strategies to address them. * Maintain proficiency in analytical tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions. * Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
* Experience Level: BS/BA +8 Years experience in weapons systems analysis, ISR operations, or related fields. * Technical Expertise: * Proficiency in weapons systems evaluation, ISR analysis, and Multi-Int Fusion. * Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in weapons systems analysis. * Strong understanding of weapons systems capabilities, vulnerabilities, and operational applications. * Skills: * Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. * Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting Air Combat Command (ACC) or similar ISR organizations. * Knowledge of ISR Target Development and operational-level intelligence planning. * Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government weapons systems analysis training course or specialized certification. * Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies. * Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in weapons systems analysis.
