Job description

We are seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to join a tech-forward, team-based wealth management firm that is redefining how physicians build and protect their wealth. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of our comprehensive planning process, from first contact through ongoing advisory, and help shape how we deliver an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with advisors to understand each client’s full financial picture and help identify value-added planning opportunities
  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans across investments, tax, estate, insurance, debt/cash management, and career advisory for physicians
  • Organize and manage client scheduling; oversee onboarding of new clients and support ongoing client relationships
  • Attend client meetings, capture detailed notes, and summarize key takeaways and follow-ups for the advisory team
  • Prepare materials and conduct follow-up for financial plans, investment reviews, insurance analyses, and estate planning discussions
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client service requests
  • Support multiple areas of the firm, advisory, operations, and relationship management, as needed
  • Help ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place to minimize errors, fraud, and misstatements
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, including necessary licensing and registrations

What You'll Need:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in wealth management (3+ preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Series 65 license (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
  • CFP® certification preferred, or actively pursuing (CFP is core to the Advisor role)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who is productive, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce (or other CRM), MoneyGuidePro, Orion, and Fidelity WealthScape is a plus.
  • Insurance licenses (or desire to obtain them) are a plus
  • Willingness to align schedule with client availability; some travel may be required
