Job Summary
As a Business Development, Inside Sales you will work with Sales Directors to help drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound lead flow and learn about the sales process from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious!
Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through outreach to inbound and outbound leads with a focus on setting appointments, drafting and sending emails, and participating in other key objectives of our Sales Team
  • Develop an understanding of the sales process and technique by participating in sales calls and attending meetings with the team
  • Gain product and industry knowledge and develop the ability to pitch
  • Conduct initial lead qualification by researching and finding the best way to connect
  • Manage inbound lead flow and be the first point of contact on all outbound leads
  • Build relationships with cold leads and continuously build the pipeline
  • Document and track all activities using Salesforce.com in a timely manner
  • Other duties as needed

  • You graduated recently and this might be your first job.
  • Your goal is to have your own book of business in the next 12-18 months.
  • You are aggressive but work well in teams. Maybe you learned these skills by participating in team sports.
