We're looking for an Operations Officer to:
• be an operational subject matter expert in the Market area
• assist in managing operational support staff
• educate all employees on operational policies and procedures
• manage operations-related client issues
• oversee operational tasks related to account opening and maintenance, funds received and disbursed, and margin/risk items
• monitor client accounts and transactions
• perform delegated supervisory functions, approvals and authorizations for the Market
• report into the Market Operations Officer aligned to the Market

Your expertise
• ideally 5 years of experience with a leading financial institution
• management experience in branch operations
• high school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• series 7, 66, and 9/10 or 8 - these are required for this role
• motivated, self-directed and driven
• talented at building partnerships and knowing when to delegate
• skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch)
