Position Overview

Mind Wealth Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a rewarding full-time role. This position involves providing remote services within school settings, focusing on early intervention for children with disabilities or developmental delays. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to improving the lives of our youngest and most vulnerable populations.

About the Organization

At Mind Wealth Wellness Center, we empower marginalized communities to recognize and harness their potential. This full-time position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance while still being actively involved in school-based programs. As a member of a dynamic team, you will engage in a collaborative approach to delivering services, monitoring progress, and nurturing a supportive educational environment for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments that inform the development of individualized action plans.
  • Participate actively in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring family involvement at every stage.
  • Monitor and document outcomes, maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders to foster an integrated service delivery model.
  • Provide guidance and support to families, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to enhance their child's development.
  • Utilize a coaching model during interventions, employing Natural Learning Environment Practices to ensure the child's learning occurs within their familiar surroundings.
  • Stay updated and compliant with all federal and state regulations affecting child welfare and early intervention services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will work collaboratively with families from diverse backgrounds, providing tailored support to help children acquire essential skills in key developmental areas such as communication, social/emotional health, and cognitive growth during their critical early years.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
  • Active license from the Department of Public Health in Florida, specifically as an LCSW.
  • At least one year of relevant experience focusing on early intervention services.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is encouraged, as we serve a diverse population.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage time.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a respectful demeanor conducive to teamwork.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in developing and implementing evidence-based interventions tailored to individual learning styles.
  • Knowledge and appreciation for Natural Learning Environment Practices, demonstrating a commitment to creating optimal learning contexts.
  • Ability to adapt treatment strategies to accommodate varying developmental stages.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, Mind Wealth Wellness Center offers a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Sign-on bonuses to welcome new team members.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • A 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
  • Generous paid time off and sick time policies to support your well-being.
  • Life insurance and profit-sharing opportunities.
  • Employee discounts and flexible spending accounts.
  • Tuition reimbursement for ongoing professional development.
  • Flexible work schedules to accommodate personal needs.
  • Referral bonuses as an incentive to share the opportunities available within our organization.
