Client Service Associate - Financial Planning

Key Responsibilities: As a Client Service Associate, you will be an integral part of the client service team, and will SUPPORT the Advisors in:

  • Daily administration of the Financial Advisor's business by opening new client accounts, preparing and processing account specific and investment related documentation, facilitating outgoing disbursements and incoming deposits of funds and securities, maintaining current and accurate client information in accordance with industry and regulatory compliance.

  • Preparing meeting presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Inputting information to financial planning and investment analysis software.
  • Managing the CRM program (AdviserEngine)
  • Processing financial account applications on Schwab Advisor Center

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree is required, as well as a willingness to work toward obtaining a CFP or a comparable financial planning designation.
• Prior experience with financial industry CRM a plus Prior experience with Schwab plus
• Prior experience with DocuSign a plus
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services and investment advisory industry.
• Financial Expertise: Proficiency in financial planning and an understanding of investments across various asset classes.
• Relationship Management: Exceptional relationship management and organizational skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial planning software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex financial information to clients.
