COMPENSATION: $65,000 – $80,000 base salary + benefits (dependent on experience)


Overview:


Our client is a growing financial advisory firm in Katy, TX seeking a Client Service Associate to support Lead Advisors and deliver a high-quality client experience. This role is integral to the day-to-day operations of the firm, serving as a key link between advisors, clients, and custodians. As a small, collaborative team, this individual will wear multiple hats, ensuring client needs are met with accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and looking to grow within a team-focused wealth management environment.


Key Responsibilities:


• Respond to and execute client requests in a timely and professional manner

• Handle client paperwork and coordinate processing with custodians

• Maintain and organize the firm’s document management system

• Provide administrative and operational support to Lead Advisors

• Prepare for client meetings, including gathering and organizing client information

• Coordinate scheduling for client meetings (in-person and virtual)

• Track, follow up on, and document tasks within the CRM system

• Assist with Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall team success



Qualifications:


• 2+ years of operations/administrative experience in financial services

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn multiple systems and platforms

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Positive, professional, and client service-oriented demeanor

• Ability to follow processes and manage tasks through completion independently
