A boutique, relationship-driven wealth management practice in Austin is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to support a successful lead advisor and a loyal base of high-net-worth client relationships.


This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys client service, financial operations, and becoming a trusted right hand within a growing advisory practice.


What You’ll Do

  • Support high-net-worth client relationships through money movement, account opening, paperwork, and service follow-through
  • Prepare client meeting materials and support Excel-based portfolio work
  • Coordinate with remote administrative and marketing support team members
