Job description

As an Associate Wealth Manager on one of our growing Bellevue teams, you will provide outstanding wealth planning and guidance to our high-net-worth clients - and you'll be on the path to become a Wealth Manager (advisor).

We have a hybrid work environment (in office Tuesdays and Wednesdays) with core hours from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Your Contributions Will Be:

  • Wealth Planning:
    • Provide holistic wealth planning services to clients, including tax, estate, wealth transfer, cash flow, retirement, and Social Security planning
    • Contribute to the firm's Wealth Strategy Group body of knowledge and client communications
  • Client Relationships:
    • Develop and manage relationships with existing and new client families; initiate frequent client communication, facilitate meetings, present information, and educate clients on various topics
    • Cultivate relationships with clients' other advisors (attorneys, CPAs, bankers)
  • Investment Management:
    • In conjunction with the team's Portfolio Manager, establish and plan for each client's goals, objectives, risk tolerance, and cash requirements
  • Business Development:
    • Develop leads and referrals, meet with prospective clients to present proposals, and identify additional opportunities with existing clients

  • CFP and 3+ years of experience independently producing and presenting financial plans
  • Proficiency with eMoney or MoneyGuide Pro
  • 5+ years of wealth management experience, including client relationship management
  • Interest in acquiring and practicing business development skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Tamarac portfolio management (or similar systems)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

In terms of pay expectations, we assess each candidate individually based on their experience and qualifications and offer competitive compensation that reflects the value they bring to the team. Base pay typically starts between $130-150k.
