What You'll Be Doing
You'll help deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting Financial Advisors and working directly under the CEO and Founder.
Client Support
  • Build and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service
  • Assist advisors with client communication and account servicing
  • Process money movement requests and account transactions
  • Support client onboarding and account maintenance
  • Assist clients with digital tools and technology platforms
  • Prepare account documentation and service paperwork
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding account information
  • Help advisors execute their client service model and business objectives
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Administrative Support
  • Coordinate meetings and manage advisor calendars
  • Prepare materials for client meetings
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with service requests
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and client reviews
  • Manage documentation, scanning, filing, and general office support
  • Help keep daily operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of financial services experience preferred
  • Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Experience working with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
