Skills and attributes for success: * Identify learning needs, coordinate training, track workforce skills, and support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

* Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. * Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives . * Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications: Minimum of Recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
