Salary Range: $26.55 - $35.85
 
The Guest Service Representative provides a welcoming and professional first point of contact for patients, visitors, and other guests. The role supports a safe and positive experience by offering wayfinding assistance, managing guest access, and upholding established security procedures.
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years college education preferred
Work Experience 
Two or more years customer service experience required
 
Computer Skills
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Word, Excel, Outlook, Epic, preferred  
Other Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to serve individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds with patience, diplomacy, and respect
  • Capacity to work efficiently with limited supervision while maintaining high standards
  • Resourcefulness in meeting challenges and developing innovative approaches to enhance customer satisfaction
