SUMMARY

Premier Swim Academy is seeking an organized and outgoing party coordinator to facilitate parties and events at our Rancho Cucamonga facility.

The coordinator will be required to be on-site for all parties, which will be hosted on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

As the Birthday Party Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating memorable and seamless birthday parties that exceed our clients' expectations!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and specific requirements for their birthday celebrations.
  • Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of birthday parties, including theme selection, venue booking, catering, decorations, entertainment, and activities.
  • Create detailed event timelines and schedules to ensure that all elements of the party run smoothly and according to plan.
  • Manage and coordinate event logistics on the day of the party, including setup, guest coordination, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure everyone is on the same page throughout the planning process.
  • Stay up to date with the latest party trends, themes, and entertainment options to offer creative suggestions to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event planning, party coordination, or related roles is preferred.
