All Source Intelligence Analyst LeadBow Wave is seeking an experienced All-Source Intelligence to oversee development, coordinating, editing, and publishing of highly technical and other specialized products and briefings for a wide range of national security partners. The ideal candidate will have experience directly supporting the Intelligence Community. You will oversee a variety of activities related to intelligence analysis and production such as data visualization, statistical modeling and analysis, tradecraft evaluation, and information sharing. You are comfortable taking limited direction to support your customer's ability to address complex intelligence requirements. You establish and maintain excellent, collaborative working relationships with executive leaders, soliciting and incorporating feedback in a thoughtful, professional manner.Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.***This position is contingent upon award of contract***Required Qualifications: •Active, current TS/SCI with polygraph•Minimum of 12 years relevant experience with BS/BA•12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience•Possess a background supporting national security objectives in operational and/or analytical roles•Experience fusing data from a variety of sources to identify and/or close intelligence gaps•Proven ability to convey complex information in oral and written format•Demonstrated experience successfully working across organizational silos to support whole-of-government activities•Ability to confidently engage partners in a professional, collaborative manner•Excellent organizational and time management skillsDesired Qualifications•Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technically relevant field such as International Relations, Political Science, History, business, intelligence, etc.•Experience leading teams by participating in hiring and onboarding, driving individual and team performance, supporting growth and development, etc.
