We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative who's ready to take the next step in their career and join our expanding team. Experience in auto sales, mortgage sales, personal training, solar sales, and home inspection sales is highly valued. Legal experience, particularly in criminal defense, is also a strong plus.
As the Remote Sales Representative, you will engage with qualified prospects to understand their needs, describe how the firm's expertise and services can help achieve their objectives, and close business to convert prospects into clients. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you will engage with a large number of prospects daily via phone, email, and text.

Qualifications & Skills:
Sales Experience:
• Two years of previous experience in high-volume sales or consultative sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue
• Experience in auto sales, mortgage sales, personal training, solar sales, and home inspection sales is highly valued. Legal experience, particularly in criminal defense, is also a strong plus.
Communication Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Adaptability:
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Tech-Savvy:
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Education:
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is preferred
