Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to run commercial roofing projects from award to closeout - keeping jobs on schedule, on budget, and to contract specifications.

What You Will Do

  • Manage commercial roofing projects end-to-end: setup, submittals, scheduling, and closeout
  • Coordinate materials, manpower, and field details with Superintendents and Foreman
  • Track job costs, manage billing / pay requests, and identify change order opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, manufacturers, and subcontractors

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction or roofing projects
  • Working knowledge of blueprints, specifications, and building codes
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple jobs at once
  • OSHA-10 hour certification
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire
  • Valid driver's licence with an acceptable driving record

Nice to Have

Commercial roofing industry experience

Experience with estimating / project management software

OSHA-30 hour certification
