Part-Time Housekeeper

 Step into a rewarding role at our Beso Del Sol Resort in Dunedin, FL. As a Part-Time Housekeeper,(Friday,Saturday and Sunday) you'll help maintain the charm and comfort of our boutique resort, providing exceptional guest experiences. SCHEDULE & LOCATION: 

  • Friday  thru Sunday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) at Beso Del Sol Resort, Dunedin, FL

On-the-job training provided - no experience required!

As a Housekeeper at Beso Del Sol Resort, you'll play a key role in preparing vacation rentals for arriving guests, ensuring they enjoy a clean and welcoming environment throughout their stay. We need an enthusiastic person who wants to be a part of a GREAT TEAM!



Requirements

 What We Need From You:

  • A dedication to maintaining high standards of customer service and quality to ensure every guest has a wonderful experience.
  • Ability to clean guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and maintaining supplies.
  • Clean kitchen, wipe down all surfaces inside and out.
  • Report any missing or broken items.
  • Ensure that fingerprints and smudges are removed to keep rooms spotless.
  • Daily restocking and maintaining a clean and orderly housekeeping cart.
  • Special cleaning tasks as designated by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Adhere to safety requirements of the position to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Report maintenance issues to the supervisor and note them on your assignment report.
  • Protect company assets by returning keys and supplies to the proper locations.
  • Notify the Housekeeping Supervisor of rollaway beds or cribs for pickup and storage.
  • Turn in lost and found items immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed.
  • Inspect goods upon delivery to the rooms/departments to ensure that the standards are met.
  • Report unusual circumstances to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
  • Put the needs of the customer first while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Engage with guests and employees by speaking to everyone you come in contact with.

Physical Requirements: 

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with maintaining guest rooms and common areas. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands to finger, or feel objects, tools or controls, lift boxes, and luggage. Vision abilities required by this job to be able to see dirt and hair.
