Full-Time | In-Office | Phoenix, AZ

Complete Water Systems LLC – Water Filtration & Plumbing

Complete Water Systems is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator to join our team at our Phoenix office.

This is an in-office position responsible for helping manage and grow our online presence, including our Wix website, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, promotions, digital content, and lead-generation efforts.

We are looking for someone who understands that marketing isn't just about getting views, likes, or followers—the ultimate goal is to generate qualified leads, phone calls, estimate requests, and new customers.

Primary Responsibilities

Website Management – Wix

  • Maintain and update our company website using Wix
  • Create and update service pages
  • Create and update city/service-area pages
  • Add and update promotions and special offers
  • Update product and service descriptions
  • Upload photos, videos, and other content
  • Maintain website forms and calls-to-action
  • Review website pages for outdated information
  • Improve page layouts and customer experience
  • Assist with landing pages for advertising campaigns
  • Make basic website changes without relying on an outside developer for every update

Search Engine Optimization – SEO

  • Perform keyword research for water filtration and plumbing services
  • Optimize website pages for relevant local searches
  • Write and optimize page titles, descriptions, headings, and website content
  • Help develop local SEO strategies
  • Create content targeting Phoenix and surrounding service areas
  • Monitor organic website traffic and search performance
  • Identify opportunities for new service and location-based content
  • Update existing content to improve search visibility
  • Help maintain consistent company information across online platforms

Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms is a plus.

Social Media

Help manage our presence across platforms such as:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • YouTube
  • TikTok and other relevant platforms

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and schedule regular social media posts
  • Develop educational water-quality and plumbing content
  • Create promotional posts and seasonal offers
  • Post completed-project photos and videos
  • Turn technician photos and job information into customer-friendly content
  • Create short-form video and social content
  • Respond to or route customer messages appropriately
  • Maintain a consistent company image, tone, and branding

Experience with Canva or similar design software is highly desirable.

Lead Generation

A major focus of this position will be helping Complete Water Systems generate more qualified customer opportunities.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Develop new lead-generation campaigns
  • Create landing pages and promotional offers
  • Research new marketing opportunities
  • Monitor website lead sources
  • Help improve website conversion rates
  • Develop email and text marketing campaigns
  • Assist with customer referral campaigns
  • Help create seasonal promotions
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and measure results
  • Identify which marketing channels are producing actual customers
  • Help reduce dependence on purchased third-party leads

Our goal is not simply more website traffic—we want more qualified calls, appointments, estimates, and sales.

Content Creation

The right candidate should be comfortable turning technical information into simple, customer-friendly content.

Examples include:

  • Water softener education
  • Phoenix hard-water information
  • Whole-home filtration
  • Reverse osmosis
  • Water heater maintenance
  • Plumbing tips
  • Before-and-after projects
  • Frequently asked customer questions
  • Product comparisons
  • Promotions and special offers
  • Customer education articles
  • Website FAQs

Technical water treatment and plumbing knowledge is not required initially. We can teach the right person about our products and services.

Tracking & Reporting

We want someone who is comfortable looking beyond likes and impressions.

You should be interested in tracking:

  • Website traffic

  • Cost per lead
  • Conversion rates
  • Campaign performance
  • Search rankings
  • Social media engagement
  • Marketing-generated revenue

The goal is to understand what is actually generating business and what isn't.

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Able to manage multiple projects
  • A strong written communicator
  • Comfortable learning new software

  • Home-service marketing

Experience marketing for plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, electrical, roofing, restoration, or another home-service company would be especially valuable.

This Is an In-Office Position

This position is based at our Complete Water Systems Phoenix office and is not intended to be a fully remote marketing position.

Being in the office allows this person to work directly with management, office staff, technicians, customer-service personnel, and our field team to quickly turn real customer questions and completed projects into useful marketing content.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this position isn't measured simply by how many posts were published.

We want to see:

Better Website → Better Search Visibility → More Qualified Leads → More Appointments → More Customers
