Job Description
Liberty Pure Solutions, a trusted family-owned company since 1988, is hiring an experienced Water Softener Service Technician for our Phoenix, MD location. We specialize in whole-home water treatment systems, reverse osmosis, water softeners, filtration, and well water services. We are looking for a skilled, customer-oriented technician who takes pride in delivering clean, safe water to families in Harford and Baltimore Counties. Pay & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, repair, and maintain water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, whole-house filters, iron filters, and UV systems
  • Perform routine maintenance visits, system upgrades, and emergency repairs
  • Install new water treatment equipment
  • Conduct water testing and analysis
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Deliver excellent customer service on every job
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory
Requirements
  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with water softener treatment systems or plumbing
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid Maryland driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Water treatment certification (WQA) or plumbing experience is a big plus
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
Location
Phoenix, MD – Serving Harford County, Baltimore County, and surrounding areas.
