Temporary Water Softener Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Ready to put your skills to work in a hands-on manufacturing role? Inova Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturer of water softener systems, and we’re looking for dependable Press Operators to join the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate press machines to form and assemble product components.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Work alongside a team to keep production running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Press operator or manufacturing experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 30–50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am–3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm–11:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:30am
• Pay: $17–$18/hr
